וועגען די רפואות, וועלכע איר דארפט נוצען, דארפט איר בעטען דעם דאקטאר, ער זאל אייך אנשרייבען דעם רעצעפט, און אפשיקען דאס צו ד"ר זעליגסאן, לויטן אונטען אנגעגעבענעם אדרעס, און האפענטליך וועט ער קענען צוריכטען אויף א וועג עס זאל זיין כשר לפסח, און וואס פריער איר וועט דאס טאן, אלץ גרינגער וועט דאס אנקומען.

After a longer trip, your letter from Tuesday arrived with the enclosure, and at an auspicious time you will again be mentioned at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, according to the content of your writing.
In response to your question regarding wine for the four cups: when you speak with your doctor, he will permit you to make juice from cooked grapes. Ask him whether it is better with sugar (obviously kosher-for-Pesach sugar) or entirely without sugar. Orange juice is not at all considered for use for the four cups.
Regarding the medicines you need to use: you should ask your doctor to write you a prescription and send it to Dr. Zeligson at the address given below. Hopefully he will be able to prepare it in a way that is kosher for Pesach, and the sooner you do this, the easier it will arrive.
