After the longest break, your letter from the 3rd of Shevat was received, along with the two panim attached to it, which will be read at an auspicious time at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal.

May it be G‑d's will that he and his wife should serve with devotion and giving within the framework of my father-in-law's activities, on whose holy resting place they will be remembered, in accordance with the benefit of the institution and its matters. Certainly this is also for their own good, for their actions are the conduit and vessels for receiving blessings from Hashem through increased arousal from the owner of the holy resting place.

Certainly for your honor there is no need to elaborate on this; it is only necessary to add that nothing stands in the way of true will—when one truly wants something.

It is surprising that you did not mention anything about the auspicious day—the yahrzeit—which I hope you participated in and were active. May it be G‑d's will that the impression from this gathering will be felt throughout the entire year.
