מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבם מי"ב מנ"א עם המצורף אליו, בו כותבים אודות ההחלטות הטובות להוסיף בעניני תורה עבודה וגמ"ח וכו'.
ובודאי אשר כל הוספה בעניני תורה ומצות כדאית היא ביותר וביותר, ולא עוד אלא שנצטוינו על זה כהוראת חז"ל מעלין בקדש וכל המוסיף מוסיפין לו.
אבל ביחד עם זה, לא תמיד צריך להגדיר כל הוספה והוספה בשם חדש וארגון חדש, שהרי הציווי האמור מספיק לעורר את מי שלבם ער להוספה כהאמור וכגון דא, ואין צורך דוקא בשם חדש וכו', וכיון שאין צורך בזה הרי עכ"פ בתקופה הראשונה אין לעשות זה, כיון שזה יכול להביא להבדלה מבין החברים, ובמילא להקטנת הענין דאהבת ריעים, דברים שאדרבה יש להשתדל בהם כו"כ.
ולכן אף שתבוא עליהם ברכה על קיום החלטות האמורות עד עתה ובטח יקיימו גם בעתיד, אבל לע"ע כנ"ל אין צורך בארגון מיוחד ושם מיוחד, ועוד חזון למועד, כשיעבור זמן מסוים ויתרבה מספר המשתתפים, לדון בהאמור עוד הפעם.
בברכה ללכת מחיל אל חיל בכל שלשת העמודים הנ"ל שהם כללות כל התורה והמצוה, ולהכתב ולהחתם לשנה טובה ומתוקה בגשמיות וברוחניות.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 12th of Menachem Av with its enclosure, in which you write about the good resolutions to increase in matters of Torah, avodah, and gemilus chassadim, etc.
Certainly every increase in matters of Torah and mitzvos is extremely worthwhile—indeed, we are commanded regarding this as our Sages teach: "ma'alin bakodesh" (we ascend in holiness), and whoever adds is given more. However, at the same time, it is not always necessary to define every addition with a new name or a new organization. The above commandment is sufficient to inspire anyone whose heart is awake to add as mentioned; there is no need specifically for a new name, etc.
Since there is no need for this—at least in the initial period—it should not be done now, as it could lead to separation among friends and thereby diminish the matter of Ahavas Re'im (love of friends), something which on the contrary should be especially promoted.
Therefore, although you are blessed for fulfilling these resolutions until now—and surely you will continue in the future—at present, as above, there is no need for a special organization or name. In due time, when more participants join, this matter can be reconsidered.
Blessings to go from strength to strength in all three aforementioned pillars that encompass all of Torah and mitzvah. May you be inscribed and sealed for a good and sweet year physically and spiritually.
