To the children of Israel who are in "Gan Yisrael" and at their head the counselors, administration, and all those involved, may they live long.

Shalom u'Vrachah!

With pleasantness and joy I received the news about the opening of the two camps "Gan Yisrael" and the day camp on the bright day of the Festival of Redemption, 12th of Tammuz, may it come upon us for good. May it be G‑d's will that the opening and beginning be at an auspicious and successful time, and that success and blessing continue in all matters of Gan Yisrael—both material and spiritual—as one depends on the other. May Gan Yisrael live up to its name by producing good trees bearing good fruit, fulfilling what is written: "Yavo Dodi (this is the Holy One Blessed be He) l'Gano" (may my Beloved come to His garden)—a dwelling place for Him—through positive influence on its campers with diligence and perseverance in learning our Torah of life and performing its mitzvos with beauty, in the light and warmth of Chassidus.

The merit of all those who strive and assist in this—and especially the counselors at their head—as our Sages expound on the verse "U'matzdikei haRabim k'kochavim l'olam va'ed" (and those who bring merit to many are like stars forever)—will stand by them and all their household members for whatever they need materially and spiritually.
