מאשר הנני קבלת מכתביו: שהתחיל לכתבו כ"ח אייר, מוצש"ק נשא, כ"ב סיון - עם המצורף אליהם והפ"נ אשר יקרא בעת רצון על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע.
ויהי רצון אשר סו"ס יודיעוני לא רק בהנוגע לאסיפות ולהחלטות אודות פעולות טובות, כי אם גם ע"ד פעולות טובות בפועל. ובפרט שמענינא דיומא הוא, ע"פ המבואר בלקו"ת דפרשת השבוע שקראנוה בשבת זו, שהתכלית הוא המעשה, ואז טובה הארץ מאד מאד, משא"כ כשרוצים להשאר בעולם הדבור. וכמ"ש זה כ"פ, לדעת נקל גם בלי התבוננות וגם לאינו נבון, איך שאין מנצלים כלל ההשפעה שנותנים מלמעלה לא בענינים רוחנים ולא בענינים גשמים. ועוד בזה, נשארו כשבועים לי"ב וי"ג תמוז האם יעשו התועדות, מי יהיו האחראים וכו'? ו והרי כנ"ל תכלית הדבור הוא שיבוא לידי מעשה.
בברכה לבשו"ט, ואין טוב באמת אלא כשהתלמוד והמדרש מביא לידי מעשה,

Shalom u'Vrachah!
I acknowledge receipt of your letters: which you began writing on 28 Iyar, Motzaei Shabbat Naso, and 22 Sivan—with what was attached to them and the pan which will be read at an auspicious time at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal.
May it be G‑d's will that you will finally inform me not only regarding gatherings and decisions about good activities but also about actual good deeds themselves. Especially since this is relevant to the current time, as explained in Likkutei Torah on this week's parsha we read this Shabbat: the ultimate purpose is action; then "the land is very, very good," unlike when one wants to remain in the world of speech. As I have written several times: it is easy to understand—even without contemplation and even for one who lacks understanding—how one does not utilize at all the influence granted from Above, neither in spiritual matters nor in material matters.
Additionally: about two weeks remain until 12–13 Tammuz—will farbrengens be held? Who will be responsible? etc. As mentioned above, the purpose of speech is that it should lead to action.
Blessings for good news; and there is no true good except when study and learning lead to action.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that true fulfillment comes only when words and resolutions are translated into real actions. Goodness is realized when Torah study inspires practical deeds—this is the ultimate purpose of all preparation and discussion.
