בנועם נודעתי אשר כ' קבל על עצמו עיבוד והכנה להו"ל מהדורה שני' של ספר הרקמה בהוצאת ד"ר מיכאל ע"ה ווילנסקי, בתוספת הערותיו של המנוח לאחרי המהדו"ק.
הכרתי את המנוח ז"ל כבעל כשרונות מצויינים ודייקנות מיוחדה, ובהיותי בברלין בזמן שעסק במחקר הספר הנ"ל ראיתיו שקוע בו ראשו ורובו ומשים לילות כימים בעבודתו זו.
ואשרה לי לאחל לכ' הצלחה במהדורה השני' שעוד תוסיף על המ[ה]דו"ק בשכלול ומדעיות שכל כך חביבים היו על המנוח.

It was with pleasure that I learned you have undertaken to prepare and edit a second edition of Sefer HaRekmah, published by Dr. Michael Wilensky of blessed memory, with the addition of his notes written after the first edition.
I knew the late Dr. Wilensky as a man of outstanding talents and exceptional precision. When I was in Berlin during the time he was researching this book, I saw him completely immersed in it, dedicating days and nights to this work.
I am pleased to wish you success with this second edition, which will further enhance the previous one in refinement and scholarship—qualities so cherished by the late Dr. Wilensky.
