מאשר הנני קבלת הפ"כ מהאסיפות דכ"ז שבט, ב' ט"ו אדר, וה' ניסן, ות"ל אשר כנראה הענינים מתחילים להכנס במסלול, ויה"ר שיהי' במהירות ובלי עכובים העלמות והסתרים הן בגשמיות והן ברוחניות.
אינם מזכירים פרטים ע"ד אופן בניית המקוה, אבל ממכתבם ניכר שזהו בדירה ישנה וכו' חוששני שלא ישגיחו ככל הדרוש בהנוגע למראה החיצוני של המקוה והחדרים סביבה, וכבר ידוע עד כמה דקדקו כ"ק רבותינו נשיאנו הק' בכגון דא, כי בחיצוניות זו תלוי הפנימית ועיקר הדברים, וכדאי הי' שיתייעצו בהנוגע לבעיא זו ביחוד עם מומחים בשיפורים כאלו, וישתדלו אשר ככל האפשרי תהי' אפילו החיצוניות על צד היותר טוב ואפילו יפה, ואצ"ל בהנוגע לנקיון (התלוי במדה חשובה באופן חומר מתאים להרצפה והכתלים וכו') אשר זה לא רק חיצוניות אלא גם פנימיות...
נהניתי ממ"ש שראו במוחש הצלחת חגיגת פורים בכפר חב"ד, ויה"ר שההצלחה גם בשאר הענינים תהי' באופן מוחשי ובמילא תביא לתוספת אומץ והשתדלות גם בשאר עניני הכפר. ובקשר עם זה אעורר עוד הפעם על מה שכתבתי כבר, שבקשר עם כל חגיגה יש לסדר בכפר גם ענינים של פרנסה, וכמו עריכת מיני מזונות, פירות וכו' בשביל האורחים הבאים (כיון שמבלים הם בכפר כמה שעות) וכיו"ב, ובהתבוננות בטח יש להרחיב מסגרת זו, ותהי' בזה תועלת רוחנית עוד רבה על התועלת בגשמיות אף שידוע הפתגם, יענעמס גשמיות איז בא מיר רוחניות...
בודאי אפו מצה שמורה בכפר, ואתענין לדעת הפרטים בזה וההצלחה שהיתה בזה.
בברכת הצלחה בעבודתם בקדש שבד"מ תומשך גם הצלחה מופלגה בעניניו הפרטים של כאו"א המשתדל בזה הוא וכל ב"ב שיחיו.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter regarding the meetings on the 27th of Shevat, the 2nd and 15th of Adar, and the 5th of Nissan. Thank G‑d, it appears that matters are beginning to fall into place. May it be His will that this happens quickly and without delays or obstacles—both materially and spiritually.
You do not mention details about how the mikvah is being built, but from your letter it seems it is in an old building, etc. I am concerned that proper attention may not be given to the external appearance of the mikvah and its surrounding rooms. It is well known how meticulous our holy Rebbeim were in such matters—for in this external aspect lies the internal essence and main point. It would be worthwhile to consult specifically with experts in such renovations and strive that even the exterior should be as good as possible—even beautiful. Needless to say regarding cleanliness (which depends greatly on suitable materials for floors, walls, etc.), for this is not only external but also internal…
I was pleased by what you wrote about seeing tangible success at the Purim celebration in Kfar Chabad. May this success extend tangibly to other matters as well, thereby bringing increased strength and effort in all areas of village life.
In connection with this I wish to again raise what I have already written: that regarding every celebration held in the village, arrangements should also be made for guests’ sustenance—such as providing baked goods, fruits, etc., for those who come (since they spend several hours in the village), and similar things. With thoughtfulness this framework can surely be expanded; there will be much spiritual benefit from this beyond even the material benefit—even though it is known that "another’s material needs are my spiritual needs…"
Surely matzah shemurah was baked in the village; I am interested to know details about this and how successful it was.
With blessings for success in your sacred work—which will certainly bring outstanding success also in each individual’s personal affairs—all those involved and their families.
