I received your letter from the 11th of Sivan, and it is pleasant to see that at least in part you have already arranged your study schedule, and also that you have arranged matters regarding the mikveh, which is difficult to estimate how great this matter is. It is known what is written in Shu"t Min HaShamayim, in Likkutei Torah on the discourse "Tachas Asher Lo Avadeta..." (see also the collection in Siman Meah Shearim p. 45) and elsewhere...

It is very proper that you are working with your outstanding students so that they agree to go into exile for the sake of Torah study. It is understood that if it is not possible to get them to travel to New York, then at least it is certainly worthwhile—so as to break through the way—that they should at least go to the yeshivah in Chicago; afterwards, surely things will develop so that some of them will also come to New York...
