בענין מה ששואל גמ"ח בעסקו, הנה בטח ידוע זה לו מכבר שכ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע קבע קופת גמ"ח על יד הלשכה לעזרת פליטים וסידורם, וקשה עלי לשנות את הסדר בזה ובפרט בדברים שנקבעו ע"י כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, וכמו שהי' הסדר אז, הנה גם עתה על כת"ר לפנות אל הרה"ג והרה"ח הוו"ח אי"א עוסק בצ"צ וכו' מוהר"ב שי' גאראדעצקי, ובטח יעשה בזה כפי יכולת קופת הגמ"ח עתה, ומצדי הנני כותב לו ג"כ בזה.
הנדפס קונטרס רשימות איכה נשלח לו בחבילה בפ"ע ובטח יאשר קבלתו.

Regarding your question about a charity fund in your business: surely you already know that my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory, established a charity fund next to the office for assisting and arranging for refugees. It is difficult for me to change this arrangement, especially in matters established by my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe. Just as it was arranged then, so too now you should turn to Haraha"g vavaha"ch havavac"h iy"a who is involved with tzt"z etc., Moreinu Harav Baruch Gorodetsky. Surely he will act according to the current capacity of the charity fund, and on my part I am also writing to him about this.
