המצווה הקל"א
הציווי שנצטווינו להתוודות לפניו יתעלה, שהפרשנו את חובת המעשרות והתרומות ולהתנקות מהם גם בדבור. כדרך שהתנקינו מלהחזיק בהן בפועל. וזהו הנקרא: "וידוי מעשר".
והציווי בזה הוא אמרו יתעלה: "ואמרת לפני ה' אלהיך בערתי הקדש מן הבית וגם נתתיו ללוי ולגר ליתום ולאלמנה וגו'" (דברים כו, יג).

The 131st mitzvah
The commandment in which we were commanded to confess before Him, may He be exalted, that we have separated the required tithes and terumos, and to declare ourselves free of them verbally, just as we have removed them in practice. This is called "Vidui Maaser"—the confession over the tithe.
The command regarding this is His statement, may He be exalted: "And you shall say before Hashem your G‑d: I have removed the sacred things from the house, and I have also given them to the Levi, to the stranger, to the orphan, and to the widow, etc." (Devarim 26:13).
