If: 1) According to what was discussed – it is not connected to his current position, 2) The administration agrees to his leaving – then, as our Sages say that one succeeds more in a place where his heart desires, he should look into Rabbi Korf's offer.
Regarding the position at the city's school – it depends on the response of the local community, and he should act according to the instruction of the Anash activists (on site) in this matter.
