I am sending herewith a copy of my letter to all activists who are supporters of Tomchei Temimim—and it is understood that this applies even more so to those discussed here, who are connected to our Rebbeim, who are involved with the education of Jewish children wherever they may be—that it should be carried out in its entirety.
It is appropriate that by 12-13 Tammuz, which are the days of redemption coming up, all plans and preparations for this holy work should be completed, and by those days there should already be actual activities. The more one increases in this, the more praiseworthy it is. There is nothing that stands in the way of willpower—especially since the merit of the many helps, and the blessings of our Rebbeim rest upon each and every one involved.
With blessings for success and good news in all this.

P.S. In order for these activities to be organized—and therefore more successful—it is advisable that in every city there should be a committee to connect those doing and those acting with each other, to coordinate, mediate, centralize activities, etc. The power of many and communal strength is great. As explained in the discourses on "Heichaltzu me'itchem anashim" (Prepare from among yourselves men).
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that communal organization and unity greatly enhance success in educational and institutional efforts. By working together with structure and shared purpose—especially before significant dates—we can achieve far greater impact.
