עס האָט מיר געפרייט צו באַקומען, זיינערצייט, די ידיעה וועגן דער אַלגעמיינער פאַרזאַמלונג פון די חברים און מתפללים שליט"א און די החלטה ווייטער אויפצוהאַלטן – און זיכער אויך פאַרשטאַרקן – די שול; און וועגן דער דערוויילונג פון אַ נייער הנהלה אונטער דער אָנפירערשאַפט פון הוו"ח אי"א נו"נ עוסק בצרכי ציבור מו"ה לוי יצחק שי' אייזנער צוזאַמען מיט די אַנדערע מיטגלידער פון דער עקזעקוטיווע.
זיכער איז איבעריק צו אונטערשטרייכן, אַז דאָס איז די ריכטיגע החלטה און גוטע החלטה. וואָרום עס איז דאָך שטענדיג די פליכט צו שטאַרקן און אויסברייטערן אַ כשר'ע שול, בפרט אין אונזער צייט.
עס איז דעריבער צו האָפן, אַז די הנהלה און די מתפללים שי' וועלן זיך ניט באַגנוגנען מיט אויפהאַלטן די שול, נאָר וועלן אָנווענדן אַלע באַמיאונגען אויסצוברייטערן די שול, סיי בכמות – פאַרגרעסערן די צאָל מיטגלידער און מתפללים, און סיי באיכות – דורך פּאַסנדע שיעורי-לימוד ברבים וכו'. און דער זכות הרבים וועט זיכער ביישטיין.
השם יתברך זאָל העלפן אַז די שול זאָל זיך אַנטוויקלען און אויפבליען בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד, און עס זאָל באַרעכטיגן דעם נאָמען "קהילה קדישא", און זאָל זיין אַ צנור ממשיך צו זיין ברכת ה' צו יעדן איינעם פון די בויער, שטיצער און מתפללים, מיט זייערע בני בית שיחיו.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
To the congregants of Ataret Tzvi Synagogue, Atlantic City — may Hashem be upon them for life — Shalom u'Vrachah!
I was pleased to receive, in due time, the news about the general assembly of the members and congregants, may they live, and the decision to continue—and certainly also to strengthen—the shul; as well as about the appointment of a new administration under the leadership of vavac"h iy"a nu"n one who is involved in communal needs Levi Yitzchak Eisner together with the other members of the executive. Surely it is unnecessary to emphasize that this is the correct and good decision. For there is always an obligation to strengthen and expand a kosher shul, especially in our times.
Therefore it is hoped that the administration and congregants, may they live, will not be satisfied with merely maintaining the shul but will apply all efforts to expand it—both quantitatively by increasing the number of members and congregants, and qualitatively through appropriate public Torah study classes etc. And certainly the merit of the many will stand by you.
May Hashem help that the shul should develop and flourish both materially and spiritually together, justifying its name as a holy community, and may it serve as a channel drawing down Hashem's blessing to each builder, supporter, and congregant with their families, may they live.
