לאחרי הפסק הכי ארוך נתקבל מכתבו מיום הראשון בו כותב אודות ההצעה שקבל, משרת הנהלה במדינה אחרת וכו' ושואל דעתי בזה.
ומובן שנבהלתי אפילו להקס"ד לעזוב ח"ו וח"ו מקומו עתה והמוסדות אשר מנהל אותם.
כי, לאחרי בקשת סליחתו, פליאה ותמי' גדולה אפילו על הקס"ד זה, שהרי בודאי רואה המצב במדינתו עתה ובסביבותי' איך שמוכרחים מוסדות האמורים, והרי הוא המנהלם ומקיימם וכו'. ואין להאריך בדבר הפשוט, ובודאי, אדרבה, יוסיף אומץ בהנהלת מוסדות אלו להעמיד מחונכים-ות שי' חדורים יראת שמים והשקפת עולם תורנית חסידותית.
ובודאי למותר להאריך ע"ד הנראה במוחש שרק החיות האור וההתלהבות
שבחסידות נותנים כח די מספיק לעמוד בפני כל הנסיונות הקשים בהם נתנסה דור יתום זה, מבלי לוותר על כמה ענינים שבתורתנו תורת חיים וד"ל.
ואצפה לבשו"ט בכל הנ"ל - כולל גם בנוגע להסיום.
והרי הימים ימי חדש אדר שצריכים להרבות בשמחה, והתכלית הוא שיהי' ליהודים אורה זו תורה וכו' וכו'.

After the longest break, your letter from Sunday was received, in which you write about the offer you received—a management position in another country, etc.—and you ask my opinion on this.
It is clear that I was shocked even at the mere thought of leaving, G‑d forbid, your current place and the institutions you are managing. For, after asking your forgiveness, it is astonishing and very surprising even to consider this idea. Surely you see the situation in your country now and its surroundings—how essential these institutions are—and you are their manager and sustainer, etc.
There is no need to elaborate on such a simple matter. Certainly, on the contrary, you should increase your strength in managing these institutions to raise students who are imbued with fear of Heaven and a Chassidic Torah worldview.
It is surely unnecessary to elaborate regarding what is clearly observed: only the vitality, light, and enthusiasm found in Chassidus provide enough strength to withstand all the difficult trials faced by this orphaned generation—without compromising on any matters of our Torah of life. This should suffice.
I await good news regarding all the above—including also concerning the completion [of your work].
These days are the days of the month of Adar when we must increase in joy; the ultimate goal is that "for the Jews there was light—that is Torah," etc., etc.
