מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבו מח"י סיון, ובעת רצון יקרא הפ"נ שלו על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע.
ולשאלתו בהנוגע להעתיק את הצאינה וראינה ללשון הקדש, בכלל נכון הדבר, אלא שצריך לחקור אולי הקדימו כבר אחר בהאמור, כוונתי לאו דוקא העתק מהנ"ל ללשון הקדש כי אם ספר דומה להנ"ל.
וכיון שהכל בהשגחה פרטית, עלי החובה והזכות לעוררו על ההכרח בקביעות עתים בלימוד פנימיות התורה אשר בדורנו נתגלתה בתורת החסידות, שאם בכל המקומות ובכל הזמנים הי' הכרח בזה, עאכו"כ באה"ק ת"ו ובתקופתנו ביחוד, והרי השנה היא גם שנת המאתים להסתלקות הילולא של הבעש"ט שנת סגולה להפצת המעינות שהיא היא תורת החסידות ועד שיגיעו גם חוצה.
במ"ש אודות אברך שיבוא לכאן להמצא במסגרת חב"ד בעבודה ובלימודים, - הרי אין כאן מסגרת כהנ"ל, כי בישיבת תומכי תמימים הלמוד כל היום כולו. ובכלל אין הישיבה מקבלת עתה תלמידים כהנ"ל.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 18th of Sivan, and at an auspicious time your pidyon nefesh will be read at the holy resting place of the Rebbe Rayatz zatzukal l'havdil ben chayim mezal zya'a.
Regarding your question about translating Tze'enah U'Re'enah into Lashon HaKodesh (Hebrew), in general this is appropriate; however, it is necessary to investigate whether someone has already preceded you in this matter—my intention is not necessarily a direct translation of that specific work into Hebrew but rather any similar book to it.
And since everything is by Divine Providence, I have both the duty and privilege to remind you of the necessity for fixed times in studying the inner dimension of Torah as revealed in Chassidus. If this was always essential everywhere and at all times, how much more so in Eretz HaKodesh in our particular era. This year also marks two hundred years since the passing (yahrzeit) of the Baal Shem Tov—a year especially auspicious for spreading the wellsprings (of Chassidus), which is precisely what Chassidus is—until they reach even those farthest away.
Regarding what you wrote about an Avrech coming here to be part of the Chabad framework for work and study—there is no such framework here; in Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim, study occupies the entire day. In general, the yeshiva does not currently accept such students.
