במענה על מכתבו, בו כותב אשר עלתה בידו לארגן איזה מחבריו וביחד לומדים תורה, אלא שאינו שבע רצון מהנהגתם באיזה מעניניהם. וצריך הי' להתייעץ בזה עם הרה"ח רב פעלים מו"ה עזריאל שי' חייקין, אשר בטח מכיר כמה מהם, ולכן יוכל לשער באיזה אופן קל יותר להשפיע עליהם, ואפשר שגם הרב דמחנם יכול לדבר עכ"פ עם אחדים מהם בענין האמור, ובכל אופן אסור להתייאש מהדבר וצריך להשתדל פעם אחר פעם שתים ושלש וכו', וכלשון האמור הוכח תוכיח ואפילו עד מאה פעמים, וידוע פתגם רבותינו נשיאינו הק' חזקה לתעמולה שאינה חוזרת ריקם, ובודאי שככל שיוסיף הוא בהנהגתו הטובה בשלימות יותר ויותר, שהרי תמיד ישנו מקום להוספה והטבה בעניני קדושה שהם בלי גבולים, יצליח יותר בהשפעתו על הנ"ל, וכמאמר רז"ל כל מי שיש בו יראת שמים דבריו נשמעים, והשי"ת יצליחו.
במ"ש ביאור ענין דשבירת הכלים, - מבואר בכמה מקומות בתורת החסידות, ומהם בתורה אור לרבנו הזקן דף כז, ג, ובתורת חיים שם ועוד.
כן במ"ש ביאור הענין, דרחל ולאה המובא בקבלה, גם בזה יעיין בס' תורה אור לרבנו הזקן דף כב, ד, ועוד.
גם מה ששואל מהו ענין השמות היוצאים מראשי תיבות, מבואר זה ע"פ מ"ש רבנו הזקן בשער היחוד והאמונה ריש פרק י"ב.
מובן כי אין מקום ביאור מספיק לענינים כאלו במכתבים, ויבקש את הרב חייקין שליט"א שילמוד עמו במקומות האמורים ושם בארה.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter, in which you write that you have managed to organize some of your friends and together you study Torah, but you are not satisfied with their conduct in certain matters.
You should consult with the chassid, a man of great deeds, Reb Azriel shiyichyeh Haikin, who surely knows some of them and therefore can estimate in what way it will be easier to influence them. It is also possible that the local rabbi can at least speak with some of them about this matter. In any case, one must not despair from this and should try again and again—two or three times, etc.—as it says: "Hocheach tochiach" (You shall surely rebuke), even up to one hundred times. It is known from our holy Rebbeim that persistent efforts do not return empty-handed. Certainly, as you increase your own good conduct more and more—for there is always room for additional improvement in matters of holiness which are without limit—you will be more successful in your influence on those mentioned above. As our Sages say: "Anyone who has fear of Heaven—his words are heeded." May Hashem grant you success.
Regarding your request for an explanation about the concept of the Breaking of the Vessels—it is explained in several places in Chassidic teachings, among them Torah Or by our master the Alter Rebbe, page 27c, and Toras Chaim there and elsewhere.
Also regarding your request for an explanation about Rachel and Leah as brought in Kabbalah—look as well in Sefer Torah Or by our master the Alter Rebbe, page 22d and elsewhere.
As for your question about names formed from acronyms—this is explained according to what the Alter Rebbe writes in Shaar HaYichud VeHaEmunah at the beginning of chapter 12.
It is understood that there is no room for sufficient explanation of such topics in letters; ask Rabbi Haikin shlita to study with you in the sources mentioned where it is explained at length.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches perseverance when influencing others toward Torah and mitzvos. Even repeated attempts are worthwhile; one should seek guidance from experienced mentors and continually improve oneself. Deeper questions should be explored together with learned teachers using original sources.
