בודאי נהג במנהג אנ"ש בזמן האחרון בנתינת צדקה ביום ההולדת לפני תפלת שחרית ומנחה או ביום שלפניו - כשחל יום ההולדת בש"ק או ביום טוב - לימוד שיעור נוסף הן בתורת הנגלה והן בתורת החסידות עלי' לתורה ביום ההולדת או בשבת שלפניו ולימוד שלשת השיעורים הקבועים ליום זה - בחומש תהלים ותניא - ביום ההולדת.
יה"ר מהשי"ת שתהי' שנת הצלחה אצלו בלימוד התורה וקיום המצות בהידור.
באופן לימודיו בישיבה וסדרם - צריך לעשות כהוראת ההנהלה.

In response to your message regarding your birthday. Certainly you have followed the custom of Anash in recent times by giving tzedakah on your birthday before Shacharit and Minchah or on the preceding day—when the birthday falls on Shabbat or Yom Tov—learning an additional lesson both in Nigleh (revealed Torah) and Chassidus; receiving an aliyah to the Torah on the birthday or on the preceding Shabbat; and learning the three daily portions—Chumash, Tehillim, and Tanya—on your birthday.
May it be the will of Hashem that this year will be one of success for you in Torah study and mitzvah observance with hiddur (beauty). Regarding your studies in yeshiva and their order—you should follow the instructions of the administration.
Among the suggestions for improving concentration: study from a text directly, and at least have the book open before you at your place of study. Be careful in matters of purity (and careful with immersion as prescribed by Ezra)—[as is understood from "Der Frumer" Maamar V'era by Rabbeinu HaZaken printed in Sefer Torah Ohr Lemberg 5611].
