בעתו קבלתי מכתבו וימים אלו נמסר לי ג"כ הפ"ש ותוכן מכתבו להרה"ח הוו"ח אי"א נו"נ עוסק בצ"צ וכו' מוה"ר יוסף שי' הלוי וויינבערג, ובטח במשך זמן זה הגיעו אליו ג"כ כל הקונטרסים, מכתביי הכללים והמברק, ובטח פרסמם כמו שהם או עכ"פ את תוכנם באופן המתאים.
ב) בודאי למותר להעירו (כי בטח עשה כן גם מעצמו), לתת לבתו תחי' המבקרת באה"ק ת"ו את הכתבת מאנ"ש והמוסדות שלנו שם, בכדי שתוכל לבקרם, ויש מקום לתקוה אשר זה ישפיע עלי' לטוב, וכפתגם כ"ק אדמו"ר מוהר"ש נ"ע "צי אז גוט איז גוט - איז בעסער ניט בעסער?" ות"ח אם יודיעני הפרטים בזה, באיזה מקומות ביקרה והרושם אשר עשה עלי' הבקור וכו'.
ג) נהניתי במאד מתוכן דבורו בישיבת הבארד אוו דעפיוטיס בענין חב"ד וליובאוויטש וכו' ואף כי לשון רז"ל אשר הקליפה מתדמית בפני הקדש (כקוף בפני אדם), אבל לדאבוננו וצערנו, הנה יש כמה ענינים שצריכים אנו ללמוד מהצד שכנגד, ורואים בעליל ובפרט בזמן האחרון אשר החוצפה שלהם מצליחה, וכש"כ וק"ו ומה חוצפה כזו שאין לה יסוד וכו' ובכ"ז מצליחים, הרי עאכו"כ אשר ההתרחבות האמיתית, ואתהלכה ברחבה בענינים של קדושה מבלי חת מההעלמות וההסתרים, ברור ופשוט שסוף סוף מצליחים הם ופועלים פעולתם, וראי' במקרה שלו הוא ג"כ ממה שהאיר את הזיק הנמצא בפנימיות של ... וזהו הוכחה בשנים: כפתגם כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, "פאר אמת ווערן אלע בטל", וכפתגם החסידים הישנים: א חסידישער פונק ווערט ניט פארפאלען. והפי' - ניט נאר ווערט ער ניט פארפאלען, לא רק שבוקע בענין של צדקה וגמ"ח אלא שסו"ס בוקע בענין חסידות וכנ"ל, והשי"ת יזכהו אויף צו האבען די אמת'ע ברייטקייט, ובמילא יביא לו רק נחת רוח [ו]שביעת רצון מפעולותיו הטובות ובלי כל עגמת נפש ח"ו...

Surely by now he has received all the booklets, my general letters, and the telegram, and certainly he has publicized them as they are or at least their content in an appropriate manner.
b) It is surely unnecessary to point out (for you have likely done so yourself) to give your daughter who is visiting Eretz HaKodesh the addresses of our Anash and institutions there so she can visit them. There is reason to hope this will have a positive effect on her. As the saying of my father-in-law, the Rebbe Maharash: "If good is good—is better not better?" Thank you if you inform me of details about this: which places she visited and the impression these visits made on her.
c) I greatly enjoyed the content of your speech at the Board of Deputies meeting regarding Chabad and Lubavitch. Even though our Sages say that the klipah imitates holiness (like a monkey before a man), unfortunately there are things we must learn from the opposing side. It is evident—especially recently—that their brazenness succeeds. All the more so: if such baseless brazenness succeeds, then true expansion—walking broadly in matters of holiness without fear of concealment or obstacles—will certainly succeed in the end and achieve its purpose. Proof is also found in your case from how you ignited the spark within... This is a double proof: as my father-in-law, the Rebbe Rayatz said: "Before truth all becomes nullified," and as old chassidim would say: A chassidic spark is never lost. The explanation—not only does it not get lost; not only does it break through in matters of charity and kindness, but ultimately it breaks through in matters of Chassidus as above. May Hashem grant you to have true expansiveness so that you will receive only nachas ruach (pleasure) and satisfaction from your good deeds without any distress G‑d forbid...
