...כפי הידיעה שקבלתי מהרה"ח הוו"ח אי"א נו"נ עוסק בצ"צ מוה"ר בנימין שי' גאראדעצקי, הנה כת"ר שי' כבר קיבל הרשיון לנסיעת מרוקה, ומצטער הנני שמתעכב הענין כ"כ, בה בשעה אשר בכל יום ויום יש לפעול שם גדולות ונצורות, והרי ידוע אשר ימים יוצרו ולו אחד בהם, לו בוואו ולא באל"ף, אשר הענין בזה הוא, שצ"ל בכל יום עבודה, וכל יום ההולך ואין משתמשים בו כדבעי, הרי זה אבידה שאינה חוזרת, כי בכל זמן וזמן מהימים הבאים אחריהם, צריך למלאות בתוכיות שלו, ואין מקום פנוי לתוכיות של ימים הקודמים. זהו בהנוגע לחשבון עצמו, ובנוגע לזולתו הנה בני ובנות ישראל אשר במרוקה שיכולים הם לקבל השפעת טובה ברוחניות במשך ימים אלו, הנה הם אינם אשמים כלל ואינם מחוייבים לסבול כלל וכלל מכל הפוליטיקעס בענינים הפרטים של זה שיכול הי' להשפיע להם או שיכולים היו להשפיע על ידו המצטרך להם, ולא לדרשא קאתינא כ"א בנוגע אל הפועל וכידוע מאמר הזהר עשי' לעילא.

According to the information I received from Haraha"ch vavac"h iy"a nu"n who is involved with tzt"z, Moreinu Harav Binyamin Garadetsky, your honor has already received permission to travel to Morocco. I am sorry that the matter is delayed so much, especially since every single day there is great and wondrous work to be accomplished there. It is well known that 'Yamim Yutzaru Velo Echad Bahem' ("Days were formed and not one among them")—with a vav and not an aleph—which means that each day must have its own unique service. Any day that passes without being used properly is a loss that cannot be recovered, because in all the days that follow, one must fill their own content, and there is no room for the content of previous days. This applies regarding one's own accounting.
Regarding others: The sons and daughters of Israel in Morocco who could receive spiritual benefit during these days are not at fault at all and should not have to suffer whatsoever from any politics or private matters of someone who could have influenced them or through whom influence could have reached them as needed. This is not meant as a rebuke but rather as practical advice—as is known from the saying of the Zohar: action above.
As for what you wrote about loneliness (alendkeit) in Morocco: There too exists a large Jewish community—may it increase—and there too the Holy One Blessed Be He is present in His glory and essence. I hope that before long more families from Anash will come there as well, and it is possible—and likely—that work will be found there also for your wife; obviously not for the entire day, but once she arrives on site, I hope she will find a way to assist in the work. As you wrote me, even when you were in Marseilles she assisted you in your work.
I hope to hear good news from you about your health and your wife's health physically, as well as good news about all of the above.
