Thank you for the information you write about the villages being added from time to time with relevant details; surely you will continue to do so in the future as well, and thank you in advance.

Regarding your questions—I have already conveyed them through Harav G., since there was not enough time to answer you promptly, and surely you have already received the instructions regarding this in Harav G.'s letter.

Enclosed is the kuntres for Cheshvan which has just been published; surely you will use it appropriately.

It is proper that together with Haraha"g veHaraha"ch Morenu HaRav M. Lipskar you consult on how to utilize the upcoming days of the month of redemption—namely the 10th and 19th of Kislev and the upcoming days of Chanukah—in an appropriate manner and with proper publicity, even in distant places by finding suitable people to speak about the festival of Yud-Tes Kislev and giving general instructions about what to say. The main thing is concrete activities that can be requested from them—both in recruiting students for "Oholei Yosef Yitzchak" and for strengthening Judaism in general.

Regarding a joint name such as "Im HaB—Oholei etc.," obviously this cannot be agreed upon. But this should be handled diplomatically.
