ע"י הרה"ח הוו"ח אי"א נו"מ עוסק בצ"צ וכו' מהו"ר שלמה חיים שי' קסלמן, נודעתי אשר הי' שמש בביה"ח ועתה מצב בריאותו אינו כדבעי, וגם שלח פ"נ בשבילו, אשר קראתיו על ציון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, ובודאי יעורר ר"ר עליו לרפואה קרובה.
לדעתי כדאי שיבקש מחילה מהשוכני עפר בביה"ח שהי' שמש שם, ואם קשה לסדר בפני עשרה הרי יעשה זה בפני שלשה, היינו שיכנסו עמדו לביה"ח ויאמר בפניהם, שאם הי' איזה פעולה שפגע ח"ו בכבוד של איזה משוכני עפר בביה"ח זה, הרי מבקש מחילה בפני שלשה (או עשרה) מישראל ולא היתה כוונתו אלא בשביל כבודם.
כמובן יעשה זה אך כאשר ירשו לו הרופאים להתהלך ברחוב וללכת לביה"ח לעשות את הנ"ל.
כן יתחזק בשמירת הג' שיעורים בחומש תהלים ותניא, שהם מתקנת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, ובחדש אלול ועשי"ת ג"כ באמירת תהלים הנוספים ע"י כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר.
ותקותי חזקה שבמהרה יוכל לבשר מהטבת בריאותו ההולכת וטובה עד שיחזור לאיתנו לגמרי.
מובן מעצמו שצריך הוא למלאות אחרי הוראת הרופאים, וכמרז"ל שנתנה תורה רשות (כח) לרופא לרפאות.

I have learned that he served as a caretaker in the cemetery and now his health is not as it should be. He also sent a pidyon nefesh on his behalf, which I read at the resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory, may his merit protect us. Certainly, he will arouse abundant mercy upon him for a speedy recovery.
In my opinion, it is worthwhile for him to request forgiveness from those who dwell in the earth at the cemetery where he served as caretaker. If it is difficult to arrange this before ten men, he should do so before three; that is, he should enter the cemetery with them and say before them that if there was any action in which he inadvertently harmed the honor of any of those buried there, he now asks forgiveness before three (or ten) Jews and clarifies that his intention was only for their honor. Of course, this should only be done when permitted by the doctors to walk in the street and go to the cemetery to carry out the above.
He should also strengthen his observance of the three daily lessons in Chumash, Tehillim, and Tanya as instituted by my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe. In Elul and during the Ten Days of Repentance as well, he should add the extra Tehillim recited by my revered father-in-law.
I have strong hope that very soon he will be able to report improvement in his health until he returns completely to full strength.
It goes without saying that he must fulfill all instructions of the doctors, as our Sages said: "The Torah gave permission (power) to a doctor to heal."
