שבת י, ב וברש"י"Mileta Albishe'i Yakira" – 'A garment whose price is precious to one who is accustomed to wearing it.' In other words, because you are a disciple of Rav and are used to his teachings, you seek them out eagerly.
Rashi uses the metaphor of a precious garment to someone accustomed to wearing it in order to explain the eagerness of a student to continually seek out the teachings of his teacher. Just as a person values an expensive garment they are used to wearing, so too does a student value and seek out the words of Torah from his teacher, to which he is accustomed to listening.
