מבהיל!!! וידבר עוה"פ עם.. ובודאי יוכל למצוא עצה שיעשה זה בהקדים הכי אפשרי כוונתי בימים - שהרי המדובר בענין שנכרתו עליו י"ג בריתות וכל מצות התורה רק ג' בריתות ועיין רמב"ם סוף הל' מילה " למרע"ה עלי' אפילו שעה אחת אע"פ שהי' כו'" ובפרט לאחר מ"ת. ואם נפק"מ בהוצאות כספיות - יסולק מהמזכ' .
נדפסה בלקו"ש חי"ז ע' 473, והוא מענה לאחד שדיווח שהשפיע על א' מבנ"י (שלא הי' מהול) שימול, אבל הנ"ל רצה לדחות א"ז למשך זמן.

And if there is any practical difference regarding financial expenses—it should be covered by the secretariat.
