I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 13th of Cheshvan. Its content has been conveyed to our office in Paris, where all matters connected with activities in Europe are concentrated—including the founding and management of yeshivas and education in general.
Regarding what you wrote about the account exams you need to take: at an auspicious time you will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, zatzal nishmaso Eden, for success in this. And it is self-understood that your firm resolution to add in matters of Torah and mitzvos in daily life is the way and vessel to receive blessings from Hashem Yisbarach; and the more one adds, the more blessings from Hashem Yisbarach will be added.
Regarding what you wrote about visiting a Lubavitcher yeshiva this summer—and also regarding the young man who unfortunately has not been behaving properly lately and may also visit a yeshiva during the summer months—you should contact the yeshiva where you were previously (i.e., Yeshiva Lod), as this will make it easier for that young man whom you wrote about to acclimate there.
You have surely already received my response to your previous letter in due time.
