Shalom u'Vrachah!

Like Yehuda and more so, I emphasize the great effort that has been invested and continues to be invested among our Sephardic Jewish brethren in Morocco, in a manner that continually increases—even though this is connected to the exile of some of Anash and their families far from their homes and surroundings, etc. All the more so regarding Anash in general... and to act on all this as much as they are able. Certainly, further good fruit will come from these efforts—to bring hearts closer together and unite them. Every action in this area, even a material one, is significant.

As is known from the Baal Shem Tov's saying—this year marks two hundred years since his passing—that a soul comes into this world and lives in a body for seventy or eighty years just to do a favor for another Jew, whether materially or spiritually. This too needs no lengthy explanation: all of the above is part of the holy work of "Yafutzu Mayonosecha Chutzah" (spreading your wellsprings outward), also among our Sephardic brethren. Even though over generations there were matters related to the inner dimension of Torah among them, only in recent years have the wellsprings of Chassidus—the teachings of the Baal Shem Tov and his students in general, and those of his disciple’s disciple, our Rebbeim and leaders of Chabad in particular—spread there.

Through pleasant ways and drawing close in various areas, certainly the dissemination of the Baal Shem Tov’s Torah will increase and be accepted ever more deeply. May it be G‑d’s will that since we are now in meritorious days—and merit brings about a meritorious day—they should hear good news that is visibly good in all these matters. The month of Tishrei is called “the seventh month,” which means it is full (not only its holidays but all its days), as our Sages explain: “satiated with all good.” It is known from our Rebbeim that this month is general for the whole year; its qualities are drawn into all days of the year.

May it be His will that so it should be for all matters—general and specific—to draw from this month’s blessing and goodness onto the coming days with joy and gladness of heart, increasing good deeds and influencing others as well.

Blessings for expansion... always, in a manner of "ufaratzta" (you shall spread out) etc.
