Shalom u'Vrachah!

It has been a long time since I received any letters from your honor, and surely this is according to the custom practiced among Anash for some time now: when all is well, there is no need to report. May it be the will of Hashem that goodness should increase greatly, etc., as stated by our Sages at the end of Esther Rabbah regarding all the levels enumerated there. Nevertheless, you should write from time to time to inform each other of good news.

On this occasion, I am pleased to express my thanks—our thanks—for your participation and assistance in Chabad activities in Eretz HaKodesh in general and specifically for your involvement with the Oholei Yosef Yitzchak network. Surely there is no need to ask you to continue this in the future as well, for as mentioned above, this is not only my thanks but our thanks—that is, also yours—as per the saying of the Tanna: "Rejoice, my innards."

As we approach the upcoming festival days for us and all Israel for good, I hereby extend my blessing for a kosher and joyous Pesach. And may the anticipated promise be fulfilled—'As in the days of your exodus from Egypt I will show you wonders'—with our true and complete redemption, in his days and in our days through Moshiach Tzidkeinu.

With holiday blessings.
